CloverHunt is a family-run business, and every dollar counts. We work hard to bring you quality products at great prices, and we appreciate your support. We also want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we've created this straightforward return policy.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at david@cloverhunt.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Change of Mind Returns: If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, no longer need the product, or ordered the wrong item, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. As a family business, we are unable to cover shipping costs for returns that are not due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report any issues, and include photos of the damage or defect if possible. We will make it right.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including: perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products (such as special orders or engraved items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, sale items, and gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns within the EU remain the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
