Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) from the date of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges unless otherwise indicated (such as during promotional free shipping periods).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Local Pickup

We offer free local pickup from our warehouse for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person.

Pickup Instructions:

  • Select "Local Pickup" at checkout
  • You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup (typically within 2 business days)
  • Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID
  • Pickup is available during our regular business hours

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within Canada. International shipping may be available for select products—please contact us for more information.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may be possible if requested before the order has shipped.
